Crunchyroll’s Senior Brand Manager Michelle Hwang said, “From hit titles like KORE HA ZOMBIE DESUKA and DEADMAN WONDERLAND, Kadokawa has historically produced a myriad of titles that have captivated, intrigued, and excited our users to no end. With the simulcast of UPOTTE!! I am confident that this series – like its predecessors – will not disappoint and become a fan favorite this season!”

“A teacher who has just transferred into Seishou Academy soon finds himself in the hospital. This is not surprising, considering his students are assault rifles! Kitsune Tennoji of EDEN’S BOY fame returns after 16 years with a surprising military comedy featuring attractive girls who are actually anthropomorphized guns! The girls are given special characteristics and personalities to match their gun types, and they spend their school days with a firearm in one hand, running rampant and occasionally shooting a boost of energy into their school life!.”

Episodes can be accessed from, the free iPad and iPhone application, the Android application, Roku, Google TV, Boxee, Vizio VIA, WD TV Live and additional set-top channels, and affiliate partners.

Crunchyroll premium members will have access to the largest anime and drama selection, same-day access for simulcasted titles, no advertisements and can be viewed in up to 1080p quality on selected titles. More information about the Crunchyroll membership plan can be found at:
