Time for another installment of the antics of Iku and the others as Valentine’s day approaches! Iku is really at her wit’s end trying to figure out how to give chocolate to Dojo without being too obvious about it. Eventually she gives a bowl of chocolate to the entire division, hoping that Dojo would get a piece, but she forgets that chocolate can disappear very quickly when hungry people are around. Her roommate, Shibazaki, sets out to break hearts, while Iku seems not to care.
During one of the dates following Valentine’s Day, Shibazaki finds that she’s attracted to a male version of Iku, but will it end well or be a complete disaster? When she is bothered by the gossip mongers, Iku comes to her defense.
While all this is happening, a magazine has been put under review because of an article about youth crime. The head of the Library Force calls the reporter to see if that article was on purpose or not. He was right to begin with. Will the magazine be allowed to be lent out or will the library cave in and hide it from the public?
After all that, Iku helps a teenage boy find his lost brother and keeps him from getting hurt on a set of stairs. But guess who gets hurt anyway? Iku of course! Can that girl ever get a break?!
There are extras in this volume, including a bonus manga about an adventure in a hot spring. Very amusing!
The art is as beautiful and detailed as usual. The story flows from one page to another seamlessly. The subplots all make sense and lead into one another. A fun volume of Shojo and Shonen! Not to be missed!
The antics continue as Iku and the others make working in a library fun! Don’t miss it!
