With the Golem out of juice, the ghost of its creator, Dr. Munzer, wants to destroy it. Not if Anna has anything to say about it! Her strategy is to learn how to use the Golem against Hao, one of the strongest opponents in the shaman fights since Yoh Asakura had to withdraw. The good doctor is persuaded to keep the Golem intact and show the others how it works. Another reason he stays is that he gets to spend time with his kids!
During this show and tell of the Golem, one of Hao’s underlings, Little Opacho, shows up with a strong message for Yoh: come back to the Shaman fight or the Golem and Dr. Munzer’s kids are destroyed! Opacho apparently has to stick around until an answer is given. But if Yoh goes against the deal he made with Lady Jeanne, who knows what will happen?
Apparently, a huge fight between Yoh and Marco, the X-Laws’ captain! This gets a little out of hand, and when Yoh proves to be stronger than some of the members of X-Laws, Marco becomes more intense than ever! Hitting Yoh with everything they got, he still doesn’t go down, but is it by luck or design?
While the fight is going on, another of Hao’s underlings, one of the most powerful, shows up to help Yoh win. When Yoh finds out his true agenda, he tries to stop the fight, but it shifts to being between the underling and Marco instead. The battle gets even more intense! Who will win and how badly will the other one lose?
The art is still great and very fluid. All the action is very well drawn, as usual and the storyline is getting more and more intense as time goes on. This is a not to be missed volume!
Things heat up as the Final fight draws ever nearer! Don’t miss this latest, most intense volume yet!!!
